Overview
The Honeywell CC-UPTA01 functions as a single-channel Universal Pass Through Adapter, enabling seamless connectivity between Safety System or Safety field terminals and field devices. It allows direct connections without using external power, making it ideal for applications with limited power availability or where external power sources are undesirable.
The CC-UPTA01 connects DCS field terminals, both live and return, directly to field devices. It operates independently of external power and works efficiently with the CC-USCA01 module, ensuring reliable signal transmission in safety and control applications.
