What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Can you provide certificates and documentation?
Yes. Max Autoland Ltd. can supply Certificates of Origin, Certificates of Conformance, and other export documents upon request. This ensures compliance with international trade regulations and gives you confidence in the authenticity of your products.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept 100% T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) before shipment. For items with lead time, a 30% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining 70% before delivery. RMB transfer is available for clients with a China-based agent, and USD or Euro payments can be arranged upon request.
What warranty do you provide?
All new and original items come with a one-year warranty, covering PLC modules, DCS components, sensors, and power supplies. Extended warranties are available—please contact us for details.
How are products shipped?
We primarily use FedEx, DHL, TNT, and UPS for worldwide delivery. Clients with their own shipping account may use it. Free delivery is also available to China-based agents for convenient consolidation.
Who is responsible for shipping fees?
Shipping fees are covered by the buyer. We assist in selecting economical and efficient carriers to save costs while ensuring timely delivery.
