Overview
The CC‑TAIN11 module, a key component of Honeywell’s Experion Series C, provides highly reliable non-HART analog input measurements. This CC‑TAIN11 analog input module offers 16 channels and integrates seamlessly with classic two-wire transmitters, enabling operators to monitor temperature, pressure, and flow signals accurately in complex industrial environments. Furthermore, the non-HART AI IOM/IOTA supports all 16 channels without requiring special wiring or jumper configurations. Consequently, engineers can deploy the CC‑TAIN11 module efficiently while ensuring consistent, high-precision signal acquisition across the entire Experion Series C system.
The Analog Input Module accepts high-level current input from various sensing devices. Non-incendive power is provided internally with no external marshalling required to support the 4–20 mA loop, while still ensuring robust channel power protection. This advanced protection fully supports the Division 2 hazardous area non-incendive power rating, guaranteeing safe and reliable operation in industrial environments.
