Overview

The Triconex 3625 is a high-performance digital output module specifically built for industrial automation and safety applications. It delivers 24VDC output signals, enabling precise control of actuators, relays, and other field devices within Triconex distributed control systems. Moreover, this module maintains consistent and reliable operation even in demanding environments, supporting both system integrity and safety compliance.

Engineered for the most critical control programs, the Supervised Digital Output (SDO) modules address systems where outputs remain in a single state for extended periods, sometimes for years. Each SDO module actively receives output signals from the Main Processors across three channels. Then, the module votes on each set of three signals using a fully fault-tolerant quadruplicated output switch. This switch, composed of power transistor elements, ensures that a single, voted output signal reaches the field termination efficiently and reliably.
